Barcelona top tips
The Airport bus is a quick, easy and inexpensive way to get into the city from the Airport.
Use the metro to get around and avoid the long queues for the city tour bus.
Walk! If you are staying centrally and don’t have time constraints. In my experience whilst exploring and wandering you discover hidden gems.
Tapas Tapas Tapas! Favorites include cured ham, Pan con tomate (bread and tomato) and Bravas Potatoes
Paella, especially Seafood
Remember dinner time is around 10pm in Barcelona, and most restaurants don’t open until after 830pm.
Estrella is the beer to drink here, sometimes with a free tapa, popcorn, nuts or olives.
Sangria is always worth a try.
Cava is the pre-dinner drink.
Drinking Wine with lunch is acceptable and almost expected.
Bottled water, try the tap water and you will understand why.
